Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RaisedWise, operated by Fourteensix LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Kentucky limited liability company. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use RaisedWise.

2. The Service

RaisedWise is a subscription-based AI chat assistant for Christian families. Parents create accounts, configure a denominational worldview and topic controls, and provide their children access to the RaisedWise chat interface. The service is designed to deliver AI responses aligned with the parent's configured faith tradition.

RaisedWise is a tool to assist families in faith formation. It does not replace pastoral guidance, parental oversight, or theological instruction. We make no guarantee that every AI response will perfectly reflect any particular theological tradition.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account.
• By creating an account, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child profile you create.
• Children use RaisedWise only through parent-configured child profiles. Children do not create their own accounts.

4. Accounts and Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and child session PINs.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You are responsible for supervising your child's use of RaisedWise and for ensuring it is appropriate for your child's age and maturity.
• Notify us immediately at privacy@raisedwise.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

• Plans: Family Monthly ($12/month) and Family Annual ($99/year).
• Trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required. If not cancelled before trial end, you will be charged the applicable subscription rate.
• Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you experience a service issue, contact us at privacy@raisedwise.com and we will work to resolve it.
• Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price changes before they take effect.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use RaisedWise for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the worldview system prompts or underlying AI configurations
• Use RaisedWise to generate content that is abusive, harassing, or harmful
• Share your account credentials or child session PINs with individuals outside your immediate family
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the service
• Use the service in a way that could damage, overload, or impair our infrastructure

7. AI Limitations and Disclaimer

RaisedWise uses large language model AI technology. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent with your configured worldview despite our best efforts.
• RaisedWise is not a substitute for pastoral guidance, theological education, or parental instruction.
• We do not guarantee that every AI response will be free from error or perfectly aligned with any specific theological tradition.
• Parents should review their child's conversations regularly via the parent dashboard.

8. Intellectual Property

RaisedWise, its worldview configuration system, denomination templates, and all associated software are owned by Fourteensix LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our written permission.

Your conversation data remains yours. We claim no ownership over the content of your family's conversations.

9. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time via the billing portal or by emailing us.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your access to the service ends and your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fourteensix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of RaisedWise. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

RaisedWise is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
