1. Who We Are

RaisedWise ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Fourteensix LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company. RaisedWise is a purpose-built AI assistant for Christian families. Our service allows parents to configure a denominational worldview for their children's AI interactions.

2. Information We Collect

From Parents

• Email address and name (account registration)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card data)
• Denominational worldview configuration and topic toggle settings
• Child profile information: name and age range (e.g., 10–14)

From Children (via Parent-Managed Sessions)

• Chat messages sent to and received from RaisedWise
• Session timestamps

We do not collect children's real names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information beyond what parents provide in the child profile (first name and age range).

Automatically Collected

• Basic usage data (pages visited, session duration)
• Device type and browser (for performance and compatibility)
• IP address (logged by our hosting provider, Vercel)

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

RaisedWise is designed for use by children under parental supervision. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

• Children do not create accounts. Only parents create accounts and configure child profiles.
• We do not collect personal information directly from children.
• Parents have full visibility into their child's conversation history via the parent dashboard.
• Parents may delete their child's profile and all associated conversation data at any time from the dashboard.
• We do not use children's conversation data for advertising, model training, or any purpose other than delivering the service.
• If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child without parental consent, contact us immediately at privacy@raisedwise.com and we will delete it promptly.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the RaisedWise service (deliver AI responses, store conversation logs for parent review)
• To process payments and manage subscriptions (via Stripe)
• To communicate with you about your account (transactional emails only)
• To improve the service (aggregated, anonymized usage analytics only)

We do not sell your data. We do not use your family's conversations to train AI models. We do not share your information with third parties except as described in Section 5.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate RaisedWise. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and authentication (US-hosted). Stores parent accounts, child profiles, worldview configs, and conversation logs.
• Anthropic / Google / xAI — AI model provider. Chat messages are transmitted to the AI provider to generate responses. Messages are not stored by the AI provider beyond the current session per their data policies.
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles all payment card data. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
• Vercel — hosting and content delivery (US-hosted). Processes request logs including IP addresses.

6. Data Retention

• Conversation logs are retained as long as your account is active.
• Parents can delete individual conversations or child profiles at any time from the dashboard.
• Upon account cancellation, all data is deleted within 30 days.
• Waitlist emails are retained until you request removal or the waitlist closes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your conversation data
• Withdraw consent and cancel your subscription at any time

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest (Supabase), TLS in transit, and row-level security policies that prevent cross-account data access. Child sessions use signed, httpOnly cookies with 24-hour expiration. We do not store plain-text passwords or PINs.

9. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kentucky.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes to this policy by email or by a notice on the RaisedWise website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
